We have local guides that can show you the best riding either from the city or within 1.5hrs drive of the city if you have a desire to get into some more serous mountains.
In Christchurch we are lucky to have the Port Hills which offer great road cycling and mountain bike riding right here on our doorstep. There is riding for all levels of ability and fitness and if your not keen to hit the hills we have some great flat options available as well.
